Legislation Research Institute of the Republic of Kazakhstan is an unique organization conducts its activities in strategic sphere such as legislation, that fully allows to ensure the political, economic stability in the legislation activities. Research of the Kazakhstan legislation and trends of its further development in all its aspects: from elaboration of drafts to practice of its application, is priority direction of the activity of the Institute. According to this priority, the Institute carries out: implementation of fundamental and applied research on legal issues; rendering of advisory services for the elaboration of bills, and also prediction of socio-economic consequences of bills; scientific legal expertise of the concepts of bills; systematization and analysis of existing legislation, predicting the effectiveness of adopting laws; an anti-corruption expertise for drafts of subordinate legislation.
